Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in kitchen management and culinary arts, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly while delivering high-quality food and exceptional service. As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our standards of excellence, leading a team of cooks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food costs and waste to maintain profitability while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback regarding food quality or service.

Experience

• Proven experience in culinary roles, with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Previous experience in kitchen management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the culinary industry.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle feedback constructively.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.

Pay: $45,570.00 - $50,135.00 per year
