Project Engineer
Project Engineer
We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the planning and execution of construction projects. This role manages smaller projects and assists the Project Manager on projects exceeding $1 million, helping ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage smaller construction projects and support the Project Manager on larger projects.
- Review contracts, blueprints, and specifications.
- Coordinate site activities and monitor project progress and quality.
- Track labor, materials, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Assist with material ordering, quantity takeoffs, budgeting, and schedule tracking.
- Travel to job sites and support day-to-day field operations as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to travel to job sites and walk active construction areas.
- Comfortable handling plans and project documents.
- Frequent computer use.
