Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour with a pay increase upon permanent hire!
Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment? We're looking for a Quality Control Associate to join our growing team in Monroe, NC.
This is a hands-on position —you'll spend about 90% of your day in the warehouse inspecting products while also using Excel and other computer systems to document quality findings. If you enjoy working with fabrics, knit, crochet, sew, or have experience in textiles, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Inspect incoming products for color, texture, and overall quality.
- Verify SKUs, labels, and box contents for accuracy.
- Ensure seasonal labeling meets company standards.
- Document quality issues with photos and detailed reports.
- Maintain quality control records and documentation.
- Perform quality audits on warehouse inventory.
- Work closely with management to identify and resolve product concerns.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Quality Control experience is required.
- Excel proficiency and strong computer skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently.
- Inventory experience is a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Experience with fabrics, textiles, knitting, crochet, or sewing is a big plus!
