Accounting Coordinator

Job Title: Accounting CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Coordinator to assist with accounting, bookkeeping, and basic tax returns for personal and S-Corp organizations. Responsibilities + Assist in accounting and bookkeeping tasks. + Prepare basic tax returns for personal and S-Corp organizations. + Maintain financial records, including Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and handle debits and credits. + Utilize QuickBooks for accounting activities. + Provide support during tax season, including some evenings and Saturdays. Essential Skills + 1+ years of experience in a basic accounting role or internship. + Proficient understanding of basic accounting principles, including P&L, balance sheets, debits, and credits. + Experience with QuickBooks. + Basic tax knowledge. + Small business-oriented mindset. + Proficiency in English. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate's degree in accounting. + Experience with tax software, particularly Intuit Proc Connect. Work Environment The position requires working onsite for 5 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM. During the tax season, there will be additional work hours including some nights and Saturdays. This role offers a great opportunity to gain a foothold in an accounting firm. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Morrisville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr. IRA, Health insurance 60-40 split, 2 weeks of PTO Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Morrisville,PA.
