Receptionist
Prestigious firm is adding a receptionist to their corporate office located in Charlotte. You will be greeting guest along with administrative tasks. Excellent opportunity for growth! Salary up to $52k a year plus great benefits! Excellent location with many amenities.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and inform personnel of their arrival.
Professionally handle and screen calls
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain lobby, conference, and break room areas.
Promptly record and notify recipients of all deliveries.
Update databases
Assist Human Resources with administrative task
Manage conference room schedules
Coordinate with couriers for office needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of office experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
