**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Manager - AI Automation Delivery to join our Innovation Hub, as part of Consumer Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO). The person will lead product teams in the AI Strategy for automation within CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) Innovation Hub. They will guide product teams in designing, developing and delivering innovative GenAI, Agentic, and Machine Learning solutions. The successful candidate will have a deep expertise in AI Automation, GenAI, Agentic, and Machine Learning solutions, along with experience in architecting AI solutions that align with responsible principles and enterprise business objectives.
