Outdoor Yardman Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm )

• Sort and separate various types of metal pieces on a moving conveyor.
• Identify and remove non-metal or incorrect materials from the recycling stream.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and physical labor throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines while working around industrial equipment.

Outdoor Yardman Qualifications:

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to perform repetitive physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify different materials.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, recycling, construction, or general labor experience is a plus.
