Landscape Maintenance Account Manager
PURPOSE OF POSITION
As an Account Manager at Gardens For Living, you serve as the primary point of contact for
our clients, ensuring exceptional communication, service, and satisfaction. You are
responsible for developing strong client relationships, coordinating services across
maintenance, gardening, and construction divisions, and ensuring properties are
maintained to the highest standards of beauty and function. You will manage accounts with
professionalism, positivity, and consistency, living out our core values: Garden with
Purpose, Family, and Love. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the trusted point of contact.
- Conduct regular property walks, inspections, and evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements, seasonal services, or additional work.
- Prepare and deliver proposals in Aspire and follow up with clients.
- Coordinate with division managers to ensure work is completed to GFL standards.
- Manage client communications, promptly addressing questions or concerns.
- Track and maintain accurate account information and service history in Aspire.
- Monitor job progress and proactively resolve service issues.
- Ensure accounts remain profitable and within agreed budgets.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams for smooth handoffs and execution.
- Promote safety, professionalism, and a positive company image.
- 3+ years experience in account management, client services, or related field (landscape
- industry preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, or construction a strong plus.
- Ability to use Aspire or similar CRM/project management software.
- Professional presence and customer service focus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Clients receive timely responses and proactive communication.
- Properties reflect GFL’s high standards of beauty and quality.
- Enhancement and upsell opportunities are identified and presented.
- Accounts remain profitable, with accurate Aspire records maintained.

Commission: Additional commission opportunities tied to client retention, upsells, and
company performance
