Pool Installation Field Supervisor
Location: Shallotte, NC
About the Role
Work closely with the Project Manager to coach, train, and assist with daily performance. Ensure all safety and quality standards are followed, support and grow your team. Process quality audits on client properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform work within hours with high quality
- Ensure safety of self and crew
- Adhere to CCL uniform/attendance policy
- Maintain equipment/vehicles
- Ensure integrity
Requirements
Able to ascend and descend ladders
Able to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl while performing work
Able to stand or walk for long periods of time
Able to operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
Legal authorization to work in the United States
18 years of age or older
Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site (driver’s license not required, but preferred)
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
