Traveling - Place & Finish Lead

- Oversee multiple crews, travel between jobs, and complete place-finish concrete work across various projects.
- Develop and execute a project plan for the assigned phase of work.
- Understand project details and identify obstacles and opportunities within the phase of work.
- Prepare the team to execute tasks through a well-defined planning process.
- Ensure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for optimal output.
- Utilize and manage time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/sign-out sheets.
- Ensure project execution goals are achieved for the assigned phase of work.
- Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all relevant parties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experienced concrete finisher/craftsman with extensive experience in concrete placing/finishing.
- Proficient in running all concrete machines and equipment, with the ability to train others effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
- Extensive experience with concrete in a variety of place/finish project types, including site work, paving, finishes, and slabs.
- In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices.
- Proven leadership experience in the field, with the ability to drive results.
- Willingness to self-perform work when necessary.
