Job Title: Locker Room Attendant

Reports to: Locker Room Supervisor and Food & Beverage Director

Status: Non-Exempt

Job Type: Full-time, seasonal

Position Summary: The locker room attendant will prepare and serve beverage drinks and food to members and their guests in a timely manner, maintain members locker area and wet areas in accordance with Mountaintop Golf & Lake Club standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following as well as other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

• Ensure that all members and their guests are greeted promptly upon arrival at the Locker room.
• Ensure that all amenities are in order and ready to be presented to the member and their guest.
• Prepares the Bar Area for service to include chairs and tables are in proper place, making sure the bar is stocked and ready for service, complete all posted side work.
• Locker Room attendant will make sure that all Mountaintop standards are followed and applied at all times in and outside the Locker Room environment.
• Must have very good knowledge of beverage service.
• Must adhere to Mountaintop uniform and appearance standards.
• Provide the members and their guests with prompt and professional service.
• Maintain constant cleanliness throughout all Locker Room areas at all times.
• Ensure that bar stools are kept at the pushed in position when not occupied and continuously maintained as guests leave.
• Must complete all opening and closing procedures, daily side work and weekly side work.
• Make sure all Members and their guest are offered a drink and appetizer menu and presented with the daily specials.
• Make sure all members and their guests are served in a timely manner. When in need never hesitate to ask for help from management staff or service staff.
• Ensure daily maintenance of the locker area as stated in the SOP (standard operating procedures).
• Maintain the shower and wet areas clean and organized at all times.
• Make sure the lounge and pool area is maintained at all times.
• Assist the Locker Room Manager in making sure we don’t run out of any product in all areas and communicate promptly when this happens.
• Address Safety and Maintenance concerns immediately to immediate supervisor and follow up conducted.
• Make sure the Locker Room area is stocked according to par levels at all times.
• Secure all company assets when not in use.
• Comply with county health requirements.
• Assists the Locker Room Manager with monthly inventory to assess the cost of sales.
• Work various hours, holidays, weekends, and long hours on feet.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.

Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Previous experience as a server preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
