As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll manage the entire customer journey—from prospecting and generating new business to presenting personalized insurance solutions and providing ongoing customer support. What You'll Do
Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Meet with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
Educate clients on life, supplemental health, and other consumer insurance products.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships through consultative selling.
Present customized insurance solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
Guide customers through the application and enrollment process.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with prospective clients.
Keep accurate customer records using company systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
Consistently work toward achieving individual sales and performance goals.
