As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll manage the entire customer journey—from prospecting and generating new business to presenting personalized insurance solutions and providing ongoing customer support. What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

• Meet with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.

• Educate clients on life, supplemental health, and other consumer insurance products.

• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through consultative selling.

• Present customized insurance solutions based on each client's needs and goals.

• Guide customers through the application and enrollment process.

• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with prospective clients.

• Keep accurate customer records using company systems.

• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.

• Consistently work toward achieving individual sales and performance goals.
