Job Description

Join our dynamic Emergency Department team where you will provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient experiences while managing various emergency situations and working alongside a skilled team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center environment.
• Utilize advanced nursing skills to manage patients in a high-volume emergency department.
• Implement and adhere to unit-specific policies and guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, including at least 1 year in an emergency room setting.
• Must possess current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS, with ENPC to be completed within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork, provide coaching, and deliver feedback effectively.
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department.
