Job Description:

Seeking candidates with a proven track record in sales, demonstrating exceptional grit and determination to navigate challenges and drive results in a dynamic and competitive environment. This hire will serve as a key sales driver within our organization, responsible for developing and executing our services to acquire new high-net-worth clients and enhance relationships with existing prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing our asset management services.
  • Cold calling, emailing marketing materials.
  • Conduct client meetings to assess their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Develop and implement financial plans to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
  • Provide investment advice and manage client portfolios to ensure they are aligned with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest financial trends and developments to provide the best possible advice to clients.
  • Meet regularly with clients & prospects to best serve them.
  • Generate new business through networking and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial ambitions.
  • History of success in sales, athletics, military, client services, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Desire to continue learning & developing skillsets.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • A deep commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience in sales
