Junior Account Executive (Bilingual – Latin America Focus)
Location: Onsite – Charlotte, NC | Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting $60,000 plus commission (Depending on Experience)

About the Role
The Bilingual Junior Account Executive will support sales growth across Latin America by building and maintaining relationships with international aerospace clients. You’ll assist with quoting, purchasing, and account coordination while learning to manage accounts and contribute to sales strategy.
This role is ideal for someone bilingual (Spanish/English), eager to grow into a full-cycle sales leader and expand our Latin American presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Relationship Management
Support quoting, purchasing, and administrative workflows
Ensure all quality standards and customer requirements are met
Shadow senior account executives to build account management skills
Conduct proactive client follow-ups to ensure service excellence
- International Sales & Business Development
Research and pursue new opportunities within Latin America
Develop outreach strategies based on customer segments and market data
Help identify ways to enhance Aviation Metals' presence across the region
- Sales Strategy & Execution
Collaborate on sales targets for international accounts
Support inbound leads and referral-based growth
Assist in closing sales in alignment with customer needs and company goals
- Product Knowledge & Client Solutions
Learn the technical applications of aerospace metals and customer specifications
Present tailored product solutions based on industry-specific challenges
Stay informed on market trends and share insights with the team
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with operations, quality, and logistics teams to fulfill client needs
Provide feedback from Latin American clients to enhance product/service offerings
Align account activity with broader company goals
- CRM & Reporting
Log activities, pipeline status, and account updates in CRM (Pentagon)
Support reporting on sales performance, customer engagement, and market activity
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
1–2 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (preferred)
Aerospace or industrial distribution experience is a plus
CRM proficiency (Salesforce or Pentagon preferred); Microsoft Office Suite required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
