Controls Engineer

- Design & Develop : Craft control systems and specify electrical components.
- Program & Implement : Master PLC programming (Allen Bradley a must, Siemens, Omron a plus) and robotics programming (UR and Fanuc a plus).
- Innovate & Troubleshoot : Lead machine and motion control, HMI design, IIoT, and networking.
- Collaborate : Partner with sales, engineers, project managers, and production teams.
- Ensure Safety : Uphold the highest standards of machine safety.
- Expertise : Proven industrial control experience.
- Flexibility : Juggle multiple projects with ease.
- Communication : Stellar interpersonal skills.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred; Associate's degree and equivalent experience required.
- Attitude : Quick to adapt, always positive.
- Problem-Solving : Swift identification and resolution of issues.
- Travel Ready : Up to 30% travel, primarily by car with occasional air travel.
