Corporate Trainer - Safety & Risk Management

Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer specializing in Safety and Risk Management to support our multi‑site operations across the United States. This role is ideal for a training professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at engaging diverse teams, and is committed to elevating organizational safety culture.
The Corporate Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that strengthen compliance, reduce risk exposure, and promote safe work practices across all corporate locations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, update, and deliver safety and risk management training programs for employees at all levels.
- Facilitate in‑person training sessions across multiple U.S. locations; frequent travel is required.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend targeted solutions.
- Ensure all training content aligns with federal, state, and industry‑specific safety regulations.
- Collaborate with site leaders and HR partners to support compliance initiatives and incident‑prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on participation, performance, and program effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject‑matter resource for safety protocols, risk mitigation, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate training role, preferably supporting multiple locations.
- Demonstrated expertise in safety, risk management, or related compliance fields.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
- Must reside in Greensboro, Charlotte, or Raleigh, North Carolina .
- Proven ability to work independently, manage schedules, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional certifications in safety or training, OSHA 500 required
- Minimum of a professional designation (CHST, CSP, ASP)
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
