Product Owner
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Expertise in JIRA
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders (business, customers, and leadership) to gather and define requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Collaborate with development, QA, design, and other teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Make decisions regarding scope, priorities, and trade-offs to maximize product value.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and adjust priorities based on market and user insights.
- Ensure timely delivery of product increments that align with business objectives.
- Act as the “voice of the customer” in development discussions.
