The Appliance Store Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within a small team environment. This position supports customer service, manages inventory and sales processes, and handles various administrative tasks to maintain an efficient, well-organized appliance retail store. Working primarily with QuickBooks Online, the administrator handles billing, order processing, cash management, and store upkeep without the need for travel or extensive supplier interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support sales efforts
• Manage inventory, including stock tracking and data entry
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly
• Handle billing, invoicing, and cash transactions
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Support store operations with timely data entry
• Work collaboratively within a small team of 2-5 members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in retail administration
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
• Experience with cash handling
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management abilities
