We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Piping Superintendent in Cary/Holly Springs, NC who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet. Here's what you'll need

• At least 5 years of construction site experience in an EPCM environment preferred

• At least 5 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager

• Proficient in reading P&ID’s and marking up flow paths for passivation of hygienic piping

• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, scheduling, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.

• Experience with Modular skid reassembly, Eida , Bluebeam, Hygienic pipe, CGMP documentation

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Pharma Experience preferred

• OSHA30 certification

• Bluebeam

The base salary range for this position is $92,000.00 to $155,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
