Pay: $14–$16/hour + commissions & bonuses
Schedule: Flexible (daytime, evenings, weekends available)

We are a fast-growing local lawn care company serving homeowners in the Rocky Mount, Wendell, and Louisburg areas. We help customers take pride in their lawns through professional fertilization and outdoor pest control services. We are community-focused, customer-driven, and growing quickly.

The Role

This is an active, outdoor sales and marketing role focused on results. You’ll interact directly with homeowners and help grow our customer base through consistent field activity.

Responsibilities include:

• Door-to-door sales in assigned neighborhoods
• Distributing door hangers and flyers
• Placing and maintaining yard signs
• Calling and following up with warm leads
• Educating homeowners on our lawn care services
• Accurately tracking daily activities and results

30-Day Trial Period (Important)

This position begins with a 30-day paid trial period to ensure the role is a good fit for both you and the company.

During the first 30 days, you’ll be evaluated on:

• Reliability and attendance
• Willingness to follow training and coaching
• Activity levels (doors knocked, hangers distributed, calls made)
• Communication and professionalism
• Sales results and improvement over time

At the end of the 30-day trial:

• High performers will be invited to continue in the role
• Top performers may receive increased commission opportunities or additional responsibilities
• If expectations are not met, employment may be discontinued

This trial period helps ensure fairness, clarity, and long-term success.

Pay & Incentives

• $14–$16/hour (W-2)
• $25–$50 commission per new customer
• Performance bonuses for weekly and monthly goals
• Incentives for upselling add-on services

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Smartphone (for tracking and communication)
• Ability to walk neighborhoods and stand for extended periods
• Must be 18+
