**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
+ Observe and report any irregularities such as security-related breaches, fire hazards, or unusual activity.
+ Communicate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and emergency responders as needed.
+ Complete reports and logs associated with security-related patrols, incidents, and daily activities at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
