Are you a skilled technician with Ford experience? We’re looking to expand our service team with a motivated and experienced professional who’s passionate about automotive repair and diagnostics. This job is with University Ford in Durham, NC.

Efficiently completing repair orders per dealership and manufacturer standards
Conducting test drives and utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment
Identifying mechanical issues across major systems including electrical, engine, brake, and suspension
Communicating repair needs clearly to the Service Advisor and providing accurate estimates for additional work
Performing warranty repairs to OEM specifications
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a technician (Ford experience strongly preferred)
Certified in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Skilled in using modern diagnostic and repair tools
High school diploma or GED
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
