• Efficiently completing repair orders per dealership and manufacturer standards

• Conducting test drives and utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment

• Identifying mechanical issues across major systems including electrical, engine, brake, and suspension

• Communicating repair needs clearly to the Service Advisor and providing accurate estimates for additional work

• Performing warranty repairs to OEM specifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a technician (Ford experience strongly preferred)

• Certified in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

• Skilled in using modern diagnostic and repair tools

• High school diploma or GED

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
