Marketing Communications Specialist
Position Overview
The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing communication strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive lead generation, support business objectives, and engage key audiences. This role requires a strong writer and creative thinker who can manage multiple projects across digital, print, and event channels while ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging. Through strategic content development and campaign execution, this position contributes to measurable pipeline growth and overall revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing communications plans to support product launches, campaigns, and corporate initiatives, with a focus on lead generation and audience growth.
- Create compelling content for websites, email campaigns, social media, press releases, presentations, and sales materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design, operations) to align messaging with overall business goals.
- Manage and optimize social media channels and online presence to drive engagement and brand consistency.
- Support public relations efforts, including media outreach, press kit development, and event communications.
- Analyze communication performance (email, web traffic, engagement metrics) and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Assist in planning and executing internal communications to strengthen employee engagement.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure messaging consistency across all channels and platforms.
- Create tailored, sector-specific messaging strategies across multiple brands and audience segments to support growth and sales objectives.
- Maximize strategic partnerships to drive brand awareness and extend reach.
- Lead content asset capture, including video, photography, and design, from concept through execution.
- Leverage partner relationships to expand campaign reach and engage third-party audiences.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2â4 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including email platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing analytics platforms is a plus.
