Cross-Platform QA Tester
Job Title: Mobile App Experience Reviewer
Location: Washington, D.C., DC
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as a Mobile App Experience Reviewer . In this role, you'll be responsible for evaluating user experience, testing app and website functionality, and providing critical feedback that helps improve our digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed usability testing scenarios for mobile and web platforms.
- Document bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points with clarity.
- Collaborate with development teams to communicate issues and feedback.
- Ensure that software features work across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured instructions.
- Comfort with working tools and familiarity with app ecosystems.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
