Weekly & monthly inventory input & analysis.

Effective & efficient ordering.

Maintaining an immaculate environment.

Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Team Members.

Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning is on a set schedule.

As a General Manager you will:

Responsible for all costs and full P&L including food cost, labor cost, and bottom line performance.
