Preschool Sports & Fitness Coach

Amazing Athletes is excited to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Sports & Fitness Coach to our dynamic team! We specialize in providing enrichment programs that inspire children aged 18 months-12 years to discover the joy of physical activity through sports and fitness. Our mission is to foster a love for movement and healthy habits in a non-competitive and supportive environment.

As a Preschool Sports & Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for following our curriculum to teach the fundamentals of ten different sports, including soccer, basketball, football, and more, while creatively engaging young children through games and fun activities. Your role is pivotal in helping kids develop motor skills, coordination, and a lifelong passion for fitness.

This role not only allows you to share your love of sports with children but also provides an opportunity to make a lasting impact in their lives. We value each instructor's unique contribution to our mission of building healthy foundations for children across the nation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-energy, age-appropriate sports lessons for preschool-aged children.
• Travel to different daycares/preschools in the greater Charlotte area to conduct class.
• Introduce sports fundamentals in a fun and engaging way.
• Create and maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Incorporate educational elements regarding nutrition and fitness into lessons.
• Lead structured activities, drills, and games that capture children’s interest based on our curriculum.
• Consistently ensure child safety and well-being.
• Communicate progress and engage with parents and school staff positively.

Requirements

• Must have a car to travel to different locations and carry equipment in.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for sports and child development.
• Ability to connect with children of different ages and maintain their engagement
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic instructional environment.
• Previous experience working with young children in a teaching or coaching capacity is highly preferred.

Benefits

Pay: $20/hr

*Mileage reimbursement for travel between schools

Hours:

Various shifts Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:45 AM-4:45 PM

Schedule will remain consistent once 3 week training period is complete.
