Honda Sales Specialist

As a Honda Sales Specialist, you’ll represent both the Honda brand and the trusted Pecheles name. Your role will be to guide customers through their car-buying journey. Helping them find the right fit by understanding their needs and providing clear, confident support every step of the way. No sales experience? No problem. At Pecheles Honda, we believe personality, attitude, and people skills matter most. If you’re a good communicator, enjoy helping others, and are eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and tools you need to succeed. Responsibilities:
- Greets each customer promptly upon arrival at dealership or online inquiry
- Gathers customer information as it relates to their needs and wanted features
- Records all customer visits and inquiries – name, email, and phone number
- Demonstrates features and functionality of on-board systems including infotainment, comfort, convenience, and safety.
- Attends any manufacturer or aftermarket training available.
- Offers value-added services such as preparing customers’ vehicle technology services and activating advanced features and capabilities.
- Participates in the delivery process of new and used vehicles trying to prepare customers with “how to” information for proper vehicle usage
- Is dealership “go to” person for all technology questions and inquiries.
- Follows up on internet and website customer inquiries on technology questions as related to the products represented by the dealership.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
- Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
- Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain professional attire and appearance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
