• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction

Candidate must be able to perform a variety of general office duties, including, but not limited to:

• Answering telephones
• Respond to customer-facing requests
• Record and distribute messages
• Take payments
• File and maintain customer records
• Operate a personal computer for the purpose of data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, email, and the Internet

• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
