Architect

Job Description We are seeking a seasoned and driven Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Construction Administration phase of multiple architectural projects and implementing firm-wide CA protocols and best practices. Responsibilities + Manage the Construction Administration phase of multiple architectural projects. + Implement and oversee firm-wide CA protocols and best practices. + Conduct site visits and review submittals and RFIs. + Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and building codes. + Spearhead QA/QC processes to maintain high standards of documentation and construction quality. + Collaborate with project architects and design teams to resolve field issues efficiently. + Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development within the CA team. + Maintain detailed records of construction progress, issues, and resolutions. + Act as a primary liaison between the firm, clients, and construction teams. + Contribute to projects in the education, municipal, and community sectors, ensuring alignment with public agency standards and stakeholder expectations. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. + 10-20 years of experience in architectural construction administration. + Demonstrated experience with education, municipal, and community-based projects. + Deep understanding of construction documentation, building systems, and detailing. + Proven experience in QA/QC processes and field coordination. + Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive mindset. + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. + Proficiency in Revit and construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, BIM 360). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Architectural licensure preferred. + Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
