Carolina Facial Plastics is a premier facial plastic surgery and aesthetic practice in Charlotte, known for exceptional patient care, natural results, and a positive, team-oriented work environment. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Assistant to support our PAs, NPs, and Aestheticians in a fast-paced, high-quality setting.Responsibilities:
- Assist providers during consultations and aesthetic procedures.
- Prepare rooms, patients, and equipment.
- Obtain vitals, patient histories, and clinical photos.
- Support injectables, laser treatments, and in-office procedures.
- Provide excellent patient care and education.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification preferred.
- Aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med-spa experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Team-focused with a desire to learn and grow.
