Position Overview:

The Technical Project Coordinator is a technical member of the SparkNav Managed Services team at SeedSpark that's responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of IT solutions across client environments. This role focuses on project coordination while also contributing to technical implementation activities as needed to support successful delivery of client deployments and technology initiatives.

The Technical Project Coordinator collaborates with internal technical teams, clients, and third-party vendors to assist with project scheduling, technical deployments, and escalation support. While this role participates in technical implementation activities, it also supports project coordination efforts including scheduling, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.

Success in this role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple implementation activities within a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination & Support
    • Assist with coordinating consultant schedules and client availability for implementation activities
    • Assist with project scheduling, task tracking, and coordination across internal teams
    • Assist with preparation for project meetings and implementation milestones
    • Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding implementation progress
  • Technical Configuration and Deployment
    • Configure and deploy IT infrastructure solutions based on client requirements and established technical standards
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of solutions into client environments
    • Assist with system deployments, technology rollouts, and infrastructure updates
  • Escalation Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide advanced technical support for issues escalated from the service desk or internal teams
    • Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and system issues across client environments
    • Complete escalated tickets assigned to the IT Consultant team, including onsite client support when necessary
  • Client Collaboration & Communication
    • Maintain open communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors during implementation activities
    • Provide updates on implementation progress and service delivery activities
    • Build and maintain positive client relationships throughout project execution
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, project activities, and implementation records
    • Assist with generating post-implementation documentation and reports
    • Update internal knowledge bases and documentation standards
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer
    • Provide training to clients on newly implemented technologies and solutions
    • Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members during implementation activities to support team development and overall project success
    • Support knowledge transfer to client teams and internal support personnel
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and service delivery workflows
    • Contribute recommendations to improve operational efficiency and technical standards
  • Internal Systems Support
    • Assist with maintaining and supporting internal IT systems when needed
    • Assist with resolving internal issues and security incidents
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal education
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure in a managed services or technical consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of networking, systems administration, and cloud platforms
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across client environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills when working with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple technical and coordination responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar technical certifications
  • Experience supporting infrastructure deployments or technology rollouts
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, monitoring tools, or PSA platforms
  • Strong documentation practices and attention to technical detail
