Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and check voicemails.
- Print and process work orders, applications, and rent payments
- Prepare deposits and ensure accuracy
- Assist with the closing process, including deposit filing and handling
- Manage billing, invoices, deposits, and reconciliation
- Maintain organization and efficiency in the office
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and team members......
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of AppFolio or willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an office or administrative role.
- Knowledge of property management software and procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
