The Senior Product Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives for the Ornamentals portfolio, focusing on greenhouse and nursery markets. The individual in this role will drive portfolio growth through innovative product positioning, market analysis, and execution of go-to-market strategies.

• Defining and implementing segment plans, tracking KPIs, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
• Partnering with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Marketing Operations to deliver impactful programs.
• Identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and leading product launches.
• Managing short- and long-term forecasting, supply planning, and profitability analysis.

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree, required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Have 8+ years in marketing or product management within agriculture or related industries.
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
