Position Title:
Machine Operator
Position Summary: The ideal candidate for this role is a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Machine Operator at Hanline Foods, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to ensure the efficient processing and packaging of frozen food products. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistent attendance, and compliance with USDA, FDA, BRC, and company safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
· Machine set up
· Make adjustments as needed
· Perform light maintenance
· Keep machine running at optimal speed
· Package and process frozen food according to USDA, FDA, BRC, and Company regulations.
· Fast paced, team-oriented work environment.
· Factory/warehouse/cooler setting.
· Associates are expected to be here every day they are scheduled be on time and stay for their entire shift.
Qualifications:
· Must be able to work minimum of 40hrs/week
· Overtime is required.
· Attention to detail is a must.
· Excellent attendance required.
