Position Title:
Machine Operator
Position Summary:
Hanline Foods is looking for a Machine Operator who will be responsi ble for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to ensure the efficient processing and packaging of frozen food products. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistent attendance, and compliance with USDA, FDA, BRC, and company safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
· Machine set up
· Make adjustments as needed
· Perform light maintenance
· Keep machine running at optimal speed
· Package and process frozen food according to USDA, FDA, BRC, and Company regulations.
· Fast paced, team-oriented work environment.
· Factory/warehouse setting.
· Associates are expected to be here every day they are scheduled be on time and stay for their entire shift.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
· Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours/day
· Must be able to work minimum of 40hrs/week
· Must be able to work weekends when needed

Compensation & Hours:
$16 per hour, overtime at time and a half
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Saturdays as needed
