- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and small business accounting

- Comfortable working in and around a shop or light industrial environment
- Brings relatable experience supporting maintenance, mechanical, or fabrication operations
- Demonstrates stable employment history and professional reliability
