We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and wants a long-term home with a growing company.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some weekends and overtime as needed)

What You'll Do:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Deliver professional, high-quality service on every call
• Provide honest repair vs. replacement recommendations to customers
• Help maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Solid customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Insurable driving record
• Service Titan experience (a plus)
• Own set of tools
