Practice Administrator Primary Care
Korzen Health is proud to partner with a well-respected, private primary care group in the Greensboro, NC area. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Administrator to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of a busy primary care practice

Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable state and federal laws
-
Manage budgeting, financial performance, and operational workflows
-
Participate in strategic planning, program development, and practice growth initiatives
-
Foster a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and exceptional patient care
Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience in a physician office
-
Strong leadership abilities in team building, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution
-
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
-
Understanding of primary care terminology and medical issues
-
Highly organized, independent, and effective in fast-paced environments
Experience Requirements
-
3 years of total medical practice experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
-
Without a degree : 6 years of healthcare operational experience, including 4 years in healthcare management or leadership, plus certification
