Tax Administrative Support Staff (Seasonal)
:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all incoming visitors and staff.
- Answer all telephone calls, assist with general inquires, and direct to appropriate staff member.
- Scan, organize, process and e-file confidential client documents.
- Run business errands and coordinate all catering needed for business meetings.
- Point of contact for office vendors
- Assist various departments with special projects.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- 1-3 years of previous administrative support experience.
- Previous experience in Accounting firm preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
