Lenovo’s Cloud Service Provider (CSP) segment is one of the fastest growing businesses in Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), with growth outpacing our competition quarter after quarter! We are growing the team and seeking a CSP Product Manager. This individual will work with our customers to define product features and functions across various products.
Location
This position allows for remote work.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure that product features and functions meet the current and future requirements of our customers
- Evaluate new technologies and customer requirements to determine business viability
- Provide continuous market analysis to include competitive landscape, market trends, and customer feedback
- Gather specific customer requirements for current opportunities and work across the organization to deliver a customized solution
- Partner, collaborate, and influence key internal stakeholders to ensure successful product strategy, design, delivery and support
- Lead and resolve business issues or problems that have business‑wide impact
- Engage with various levels within the customer to effectively deliver key value proposition for Lenovo as well as our products and services
Position Requirements
- 5+ years of product experience in an IT relevant industry
- Experience working directly with customers and ability to understand technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the server industry or with cloud customers is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to travel 10-20% to customer sites
