As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and guiding customers through the roofing and exteriors project process from initial contact to signed contract. This role requires a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right solutions for their needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to climb ladders and work in outdoor environments.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Tech-savvy; comfortable using smartphones, CRM software, and digital tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
