: The Administrative Assistant - Crosby Scholars is the first point of contact for students, parents, and the community. This position works closely with the community development database and correspondence. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following duties: Maintaining the student and donor database. Providing ongoing assistance for the successful operation of the middle and high school components of the Crosby Scholars program. Answering incoming calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner. Assisting with regular meetings of the staff and Board of Directors by taking minutes and preparing meeting materials. Assisting with community marketing and development by executing mailings.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required. An Associate's Degree or a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. EXPERIENCE: Customer service experience helpful. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, database management, and organizational skills required. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required. HOURS: 40 hr/ wk Eoe m/f/vets/disability
