We are seeking a full-time Intensive In-Home Therapist provide community-based/in-home individual and family therapy for children, youth, adolescents, adults and their families. The person in this position will work with clients and families/natural supports to assess their strengths and needs, assisting families with planning, developing, implementing, and assessing treatment and ancillary services, recommending the types of treatment modalities needed and providing these services directly or by referral.Build Your Purpose.

Compensation: This position is compensated using a piece rate model, where pay is based on the Relative Value Units (RVUs) assigned to each billable service. Each clinical service (e.g., individual therapy, group therapy, assessments) is assigned a specific RVU value, and your total compensation is determined by the number and type of services you deliver.

- Piece rate: $38.00 - $42.50

*Final compensation is determined by factors such as education, licensure level, experience and other qualifications.
Position Description:
- Serve as a member of the client’s clinical treatment team and create, develop, monitor, revise, and implement the client’s Person-Centered Plan.
- Participate in the development of crisis plans and transition plans when clients move in and out of services.
- Provide individual and family focused support to clients and their families/natural supports based on their needs, diagnoses and best evidence-based practices.
- Provide any written documentation as required. This will include treatment notes, goals and plans for the medical record (e.g., Service notes, person-centered plan etc.)
Direct Services
- Work to implement therapeutic interventions, crisis interventions, behavioral interventions, psycho-educational activities and other best evidence-based practice therapies.
- Work with clients, families, natural supports and collateral agencies in reviewing, applying and achieving goals as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan.
- Contribute to and participate in child and family team meetings.
- Provide parent/guardian/natural support training that will aid persons interacting with the client in dealing more effectively with the client.
- Assist in all service delivery as formally planned with the clinical team.
Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is also required.
- At a minimum, a Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or psychology and 1 year experience in mental health issues, or an individual with a current license, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession.
