Registered Nurse - CVICU
- Deliver advanced nursing care for cardiac surgery and vascular patient populations.
- Monitor and interpret hemodynamics, PA catheter setups, and telemetry data.
- Administer titrated vesicant medications, pressors, sedation, and paralytics.
- Perform procedures such as cardioversion, chest tube maintenance, and central line insertion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document clinical interventions accurately within the Cerner system. Qualifications:
- Hold an RN license with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, specifically in cardiac or CVICU settings.
- Demonstrate proficiency in titration of vesicant meds, hemodynamic monitoring, Vents, and telemetry.
- Possess familiarity with advanced equipment like IABP, Impella, and CRRT.
- Able to interpret complex cardiac and vascular monitoring data.
- Display strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
