Baseline Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a university student (undergraduate or graduate) in their Sophomore year or above.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Available to work Full-time starting Summer 2026
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company

Software Engineering Intern
Siemens Lifecycle Service Collaboration Team
Lifecycle Service--a versatile set of service APIs--we manage an organization's digital twin in a collaborative and secure way. The digital twin consists of the virtual representation of a physical product. The core assets of digital data are designs and documents, and Lifecycle Service provides effective data management. In this group you will help define new approaches and create fresh functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing service for Collaboration and Data Services
- Creating tools, utilities and script development for automation
- Diving into requirements definition, in-depth analysis, and code implementation
- Working in the Agile development methodology
- Validating software quality through unit testing, writing automated tests, and bug fixing
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, or a related engineering field with prior coding experience
- Strong coding skills in TypeScript, C Sharp, Java
- Commanding grasp of scripting language (Python)
- Experience integrating with cloud providers like AWS or Azure
- Good understanding and experience in AI would be a plus
- Problem solving skills with algorithm and data structure
- Practical working knowledge of software documentation and testing
- Understanding of Windows/Unix Operating Systems
- Write clean, robust and maintainable code
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Desire to continuously improve and learn about new areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Inspires collaboration

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
