**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
+ Monitor the logistics and distribution location for security-related concerns, assisting with access control and visitor management as needed.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel regarding security-related matters.
+ Document and report any incidents, observations, or concerns in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
