Title: Production Assembly
Location: 6550 Judge Adams Rd, Whitsett, NC 27377
Shift: 2 nd Shift (3:30PM – 12:00PM )
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components, parts, and subassemblies into finished goods following Organization specifications and work instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to fasten, position, and align parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, parts lists, and assembly instructions.
- Perform quality checks at each step to ensure parts and products meet specification and quality standards.
- Conduct basic testing and inspection of assembled units to verify functionality and safety.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; follow all safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Report issues, defects, or potential quality concerns to supervisors.
- Assist in inventory management by identifying parts shortages and restocking supplies.
- Help with general production tasks such as packing, labeling, and staging products for shipment
