Customer Success Manager - EV Charging

EV.Careers is currently seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager for one of our partners that is a market and innovation leader in the rapidly growing EV charging sector, driving the world towards sustainable mobility with cutting-edge technology. In this position, you will contribute significantly to the growth and success of sustainable mobility by managing incoming orders, providing customer support, and maintaining fruitful, long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customized offers and process customer orders independently.
  


• Support customers professionally regarding sales-related and organizational inquiries.
  


• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
  


• Actively maintain and develop long-term customer relationships.
  


• Monitor delivery deadlines and initiate appropriate measures to ensure on-time delivery.
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a similar position
  


• Proficiency in MS Office
  


• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and think analytically
  


• Enthusiastic, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completed technical training and prior professional experience
  


• Experience in the EV charging or automotive industry
