Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A skilled Occupational Therapist is needed to provide prehensive support within a K-12 school setting in Hampstead, NC. This contract role is available for the current school year (CSY) and offers an opportunity to apply expertise across home health, healthcare, and school environments, enhancing student outes and promoting functional independence.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in occupational therapy within home health, healthcare, and school settings
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized intervention strategies in pliance with educational and healthcare guidelines
• Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy practices and K-12 educational frameworks
• Excellent munication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Valid occupational therapy licensure and certifications as required by state regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students functional abilities and challenges related to education and daily activities
• Develop and implement therapeutic plans that address academic and physical goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to support student progress and well-being
• Provide direct occupational therapy services tailored to students unique needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and healthcare standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and training sessions as necessary
