CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a major medical insurance provider client seeking a Benefits Verification Team Lead / Supervisor based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. As the Team Lead / Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administration of the team’s benefit verifications and investigations. You will oversee the team’s production, and customer needs, address concerns and provide support in a timely manner. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare provider and medical insurance industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within a huge and renowned organization!

Requirements for the Benefits Verification Team Lead / Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare provider and medical insurance industries
• Background in benefit verifications and investigations
• Experience working in a call center environment
• Ability to work any shift between 8am and 8pm EST
• Candidates must reside in TX, NC, or FL

Compensation for the Benefits Verification Team Lead / Supervisor:

• 4-month Contract assignment with potential to extend
• Location: Remote - All Candidates Must Reside in TX, NC, or FL
• Pay: $21-23/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Benefits offered through CornerStone
